Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creating a positive work culture
- Supporting onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
- Developing HR policies
- Managing HRIS tasks
Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of HRIS and HR software
- BBA in HRM or related field preferred
- Strong communication and independent work skills
