Job Description
“HR Executive” on urgent basis for their newly established state-of-the-art factory.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Overseeing the onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions and designing training programs for new employees.
- Handling employee relations by addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
- Ensuring accurate recordkeeping of employees.
- Conducting exit interviews and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Accomplishment of other relevant tasks/assignments given by HOD.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources (BBA)/MBA in (HRM) / MPA or a related field.
- Proven 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles of the IT and Services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software, such as HRIS and payroll systems.
