Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily HR operations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues
- Conduct performance reviews and manage appraisal processes
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Provide guidance on HR-related matters to management and staff
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in human resources or related role
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
