Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team. As a Human Resources Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective HR operations and procedures in our organization.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Oversee employee onboarding and exit processes to ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide support and guidance to employees in various HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
