Job Shift
- Summers – 5 pm to 2 am PST.
- Winters – 6 pm to 3 am PST.

Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for various positions in the US.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Cultivate client relationships and drive business growth.
- Implement strategies to elevate employer brand.
- Create compelling content and showcase culture at industry events.
- Various assigned tasks/duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior HR experience (US Recruitment/Coordination & Employer Branding).
- Excellent English Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 360.
Location: Plaza#12, Eucalyptus Road, Near Lignum Tower, DHA Phase-2, Islamabad.
