Job Description
Inventive Research Group is seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive in Bahria Town, Lahore. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM. Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience required.
- Key duties: create and post job ads, screen resumes, schedule and conduct initial calls, coordinate with departments, draft offer/warning/termination letters, maintain digital and physical HR records, assist with onboarding, and ensure HR policy compliance.
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in HR preferred, excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Salary: PKR 50,00–60,00 per month.
