Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Mexa Global (Pvt) Ltd. The HR Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources support within the company. The HR Executive will be expected to have a deep understanding of HR practices and regulations in Pakistan, and provide guidance and support to all levels of employees within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Prior experience in HR management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with Pakistan’s labor regulations
