Role Description
We are currently hiring for a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive position in Islamabad. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing the overall human resources of the organization. This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and involves the implementation and development of HR strategies and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong HR management skills, including recruitment, training, performance management, and compensation and benefits
- Experience in HR operations, employee relations, and knowledge of labor laws
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proven track record in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus
