Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an HR Professional at Confidential in Lahore. The HR Professional will be responsible for HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR).
Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR)
- Experience in developing HR policies
- Ability to foster positive employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a Retail Sector.
