Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Human Resources Executive at Saleem Memorial Hospital in Lahore. Responsible for day-to-day HR operations, documentation, filling, and recruitment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, 1-2 years of HR department experience.
Requirements
Strong experience in HR Management, policies and procedures development, documentation, recruitment, employee relations, and Microsoft Excel proficiency. Ability in HR analysis, strategic decisions, strong organizational and time-management skills, fluency in English, and healthcare setting experience is a plus.
