Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Executive at Smart Soft Studios in Lahore. The HR Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR Management operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall Human Resources (HR) activities with a focus on balancing the interests of the company with those of our employees. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be working closely with department managers and senior management team to develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and drive business performance to further elevate Smart Soft Studios’ position in the market.
Qualifications
- Overall knowledge of Human Resources (HR)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
