Role Description:
Soft Code Labs is seeking a full-time on-site Human Resources Executive who will be responsible for implementing and managing the HR processes, including HR operations, staff recruitment, retention, employee relations, HR policies development, administration, and compliance. The HR Executive will work with senior company leaders on HR strategies that align with Soft Code Labs’ business goals, developing policies and practices to help drive organizational growth.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR Management and Employee Relations
- Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies development and administration
- Excellent understanding of Human Resources principles, policies, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to compare contrasting information, patterns, and behaviors, and analyze the impact of recommended actions
- Ability to manage confidential information efficiently and effectively
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with people at all levels
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in a fast-paced tech environment or software industry preferred
- Experience in managing HR Processes and Policies in a growing organization
Salary Range: 25k – 50k
