Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Islāmābād, Pakistan for a Human Resources Associate and intern. As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and the overall Human Resources function. You will be required to provide support in enhancing employee experience and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR Management and Employee Relations
- Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (HR) or related field
- Experience working in the technology industry is a plus
- PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
