Role Description
Full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive in Bahawalpur, responsible for HR management, policies, employee relations, and job descriptions.
Qualifications
- Strong HR management & policies knowledge
- Employee relations handling experience
- Effective job descriptions development
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail & multitasking ability
- Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- HR professional certification a plus
- 2-4 years experience in Real Estate/Construction Industry
- Salary range (50-60) K based on Experience & Skill set
- Only serious candidates meeting criteria should apply
