Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
– Lead recruitment, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and collaborate with departments.
Bookkeeping and Documentation:
– Maintain accurate HR records and ensure organized documentation.
Attendance Management:
– Monitor attendance and prepare monthly reports for payroll.
Skills & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
