Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee HR database records, both soft and hard copies.
- Support the recruitment process by helping prepare job descriptions, posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Help onboard new employees, introducing them to company culture and policies.
- Assist in monitoring employee attendance and supporting payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves).
- Contribute to the implementation of training programs by helping coordinate with managers and experts to identify needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field would be a plus.
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in an HR support role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, block 5
Timings: 1:00pm-9:30pm (Monday-Friday)
