This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Walkeaze in Karāchi. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for the recruitment process from the screening to the onboarding. They will work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes, employee satisfaction, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus point.
