Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The incumbent will be responsible for managing HR operations, creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company HR guidelines. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the HR team and will assist in the development and implementation of effective people management strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR management, including developing and implementing HR policies (HR Policies, HR Management)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills (Employee Relations)
- Knowledge of HR operations and best practices (HR Operations, Human Resources (HR))
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to analyze HR data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance requirements (HR Policies)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
