Job Description
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, promote engagement, and resolve conflicts.
- Performance Management: Coordinate performance reviews and support employee development.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement relevant programs.
- HR Initiatives: Support and implement HR initiatives focused on improving workplace culture, employee engagement, and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2-3 years of HR experience.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
