Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist for our Lahore office who will be responsible for managing payroll, driving organizational development initiatives, crafting policies, maintaining documentation, and spearheading training and development programs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
Essential Functions:
- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, adhering to legal and company requirements.
- Organizational Development: Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance through strategic initiatives.
- Policy Making: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, compliance, and a positive work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to foster employee growth and skill development.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering open communication and trust.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with expertise in payroll, organizational development, policy development, and training.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive approach and a willingness to take initiative.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
