Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, and company policy adherence. You will also build strong relationships with company managers to support their HR needs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment
- Develop new hire orientation, onboarding, and termination processes
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and ensure policy compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ HR experience
