Job Description
Zeetechcent is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Assistant / HR Officer / HR Executive to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of organization charts and job descriptions/specifications.
- Organizational design and job evaluation.
- Recruitment and selection processes, including CV collection from various channels.
- Monthly HR planning to align with department needs for recruitment.
- Conducting resume screenings, preliminary interviews, and final interviews.
- Managing salary setups, reference checks, medical checkups, and job offers.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs20,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month.
