Job Description
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Administrator to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to perform various reporting and data processing tasks in relation to our HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process employee data such as leaves, attendance, and benefits.
- Export regular reports from internal databases, including headcount and turnover reports.
- Create new accounts and manage access permissions.
- Train system users on functionalities and new features.
- Gather payroll data, such as working hours.
- Update employee records with new hire information.
- Troubleshoot and report technical issues.
- Develop data processing guidelines.
- Manage monthly payroll.
