Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Intern located in Karāchi. The HR Intern will be responsible for day-to-day professional HR activities, including the implementation of HR policies, personnel management, and employee benefits. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with HR professionals and learn essential HR management skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions and principles
- Experience with Personnel Management and HR Policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sensitivity
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation
- Bachelor’s degree/Graduate in Business Administration/Human Resources or related field
- Hands-on experience with HR software is a plus
