Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated intern to join our HR department and provide support in various administrative and HR-related activities. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to work autonomously, proficiency in MS Office, and effective interpersonal skills.
Successful candidates will stay informed about the latest updates in company policies. Overall, an exceptional HR intern should showcase strong communication and organizational abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Assist in orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Assist in monitoring employee performance.
- Assist in overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Assist in implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Assist in ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Assist in communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Assisting in the recruitment process.
HR Intern Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Protecting the interests of all employees.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
