Job Description
Location: G-5/2 Islamabad
Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon – Fri)
Stipend: 40k (Per Month)
Duration: up to 6 months
Job Description:
- HR and HR Management skills
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, maintain employee files, participate in HR projects, and audit employee files
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data entry
- Create and manage HR reports and spreadsheets
- Handle employee queries
Education & Skills:
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field
- Knowledge of HR policies and personnel management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of labor laws in Pakistan is a plus
Skillset required: Communication, Attention to details, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving
