Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in various human resources tasks, including HR management, HR policies, and personnel management.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining employees’ files.
- Maintaining employees’ records.
- Joining formalities.
- Maintaining/updating personal files of employees.
- Handling Employee Attendance Weekly/Monthly.
- Support in the field of HR administration.
Desired Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detailed oriented.
- Knowledge of Employment law.
Qualifications:
- BBA/BS (HR)
Experience:
- Fresh – 6 months
