Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment process, job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Participate in onboarding for new hires, prepare materials, and conduct orientation sessions.
- Support HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in HR projects, training programs, and initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and respond to inquiries.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in HR career.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential info professionally and with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
