Job Description
Single Call BPO is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Lead the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Handle employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and grievances.
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance.
- Communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and leave policies.
Benefits: Interns receive mentorship, networking opportunities, and may earn academic credit. A transport allowance of 10,00 PKR will be provided.

Pay: From Rs10,00.00 per month
