Job Description

As a Human Resources Intern at Skyscrapers, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of HR and support our HR team in carrying out day-to-day tasks. This internship offers a unique chance to learn about HR practices and procedures while contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS database.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives such as organizing team-building activities and events.
  • Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Help facilitate HR-related communication and announcements to employees.
  • Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback collection.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of human resources.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Stipend: 20,00/month.

Internship Duration: 3 months.

Job Types: On-site Internship.
