Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in various human resources tasks, including HR management, HR policies, and personnel management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Maintain employee records and databases.
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation activities.
- Manage employee attendance weekly/monthly.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Requirements:
- BBA HR or similar field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- A passion for learning and a drive to excel
