Job Description
We are looking for an HR Lead who will be responsible for Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Human Resource operations, and administration tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
- Drive end-to-end recruiting and onboarding process.
- Design compensation and benefits packages.
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).
- Manage employees’ grievances.
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
- Process company’s payroll every pay period.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources Generalist and recruitment functions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Familiar with HR Software.
- Familiarity with technical hiring is a must.
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
