Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Peshawar for an HR Manager at AFRIDI TRADING JAPAN. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will also play a key role in fostering a positive work culture and implementing HR strategies to support the company’s mission and goals.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations expertise
- Knowledge of Performance Management and Labor Law Compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in developing HR strategies and policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
