Alpha Container Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. is a leading tube manufacturing company in Karachi, Pakistan, specializing in aluminum collapsible tubes, plastic laminated tubes, and P.E. plastic tubes.
Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions, ensuring recruitment, training, employee relations, benefits administration, and labor law compliance. Collaboration with the management team is key to align HR policies with strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Knowledge of benefits administration and labor law compliance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience
- Familiarity with HR software
Salary:
100-150k (including PF, EOBI, Medical Insurance)
