Role Description:
This full-time on-site role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- HR Management, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
- Recruitment and Training skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Experience in the education or migration consulting industry is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
