Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Karachi requires a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions, manage employee relations, implement policies, ensure legal compliance, recruit, train, and develop employees, and handle performance management and engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Strong HR knowledge, employment law expertise
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, engagement
- Skilled in handling sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, proficiency in HRIS, MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, HR certification a plus
