Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to spearhead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing HR strategies that support our business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, facilitating employee training and development programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, you will address employee relations, oversee benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a proven background in HR management, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
