Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Avrioc Technologies. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee training and development, payroll and benefits administration, and employee relations.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Providing guidance and support to department managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Managing performance evaluation processes and employee development programs.
- Administering employee benefits and payroll systems.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
