Qualifications:
- Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Performance Management and Benefits Administration skills
- Employee Engagement and Communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in the apparel industry is a plus
