Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Lahore. As a Human Resources Manager at Brandline Pakistan, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment, selection, and employment of personnel; directing and supervising the work of the human resources team; ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; maintaining records; managing employee relations; and overseeing training and development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business objectives
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment, think strategically, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits programs
- Experience in leading organizational change management initiatives
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS)
