Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of human resources activities. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, perform employee relations tasks, and handle recruitment and retention processes. Moreover, the Human Resources Manager will provide support to DigiNex’s team on employee-related matters and ensure that all HR functions align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in human resources policy development, implementation, and management
- Ability to manage HR administrative tasks such as recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and problem-solving
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with local and international labour law and regulations
- Experience in the marketing or advertising field would be a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management
