Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operational HR Strategy:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to understand workforce needs and align HR initiatives accordingly.

Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:

  • Manage recruitment efforts for operational roles, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and forecast staffing needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define candidate profiles.

Training and Development:

  • Design and deliver training programs focused on operational efficiency, safety, and skills development.
  • Identify training needs through performance metrics and employee feedback.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs for operational managers.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance management systems tailored to operational roles.
  • Guide managers in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns related to operations.
  • Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on operational roles
