Key Responsibilities:
Operational HR Strategy:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support operational objectives.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to understand workforce needs and align HR initiatives accordingly.
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:
- Manage recruitment efforts for operational roles, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and forecast staffing needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define candidate profiles.
Training and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs focused on operational efficiency, safety, and skills development.
- Identify training needs through performance metrics and employee feedback.
- Facilitate leadership development programs for operational managers.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems tailored to operational roles.
- Guide managers in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns related to operations.
- Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on operational roles
