Job Description
The ideal candidate for the HR Manager role will be a dynamic and influential leader with a passion for driving organizational growth through effective human resources management. They will naturally engage with people, build rapport, and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department’s operations, developing strategic HR plans, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and managing talent acquisition processes. They will also lead employee development initiatives, oversee compensation and benefits, and handle employee relations and retention.
Requirements: Desirable requirements include experience in change management, proficiency in HR metrics and data analysis, a track record of implementing innovative HR solutions, and previous exposure to international HR practices.
Experience: 5 years of progressive HR management experience is required. Experience in leading HR initiatives such as recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and development programs is essential.
Skills: Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, a high level of emotional intelligence, proficiency in HR software and tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an updated understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are highly desirable.
