Job Description
The ideal candidate for the HR Manager role will be a dynamic and influential leader with a passion for driving organizational growth through effective human resources management. They will have a natural ability to engage with people, build rapport, and foster a positive work environment.
Working hours: 2pm – 11pm
Mode: Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days WFH
Location: I/9, Islamabad
Responsibilities: The HR Manager will oversee HR department operations, develop strategic HR plans, align HR strategies with business objectives, implement HR policies, ensure legal compliance, manage talent acquisition, lead employee development initiatives, oversee compensation and benefits, and handle employee relations.
Requirements: Desirable skills include change management, HR metrics proficiency, innovative HR solutions implementation, and exposure to international HR practices.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in progressive HR management with tech industry experience. Proficiency in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and development programs is essential.
Skills: Leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, negotiation, emotional intelligence, HR software proficiency, analytical skills, problem-solving, and knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. SHRM-CP or PHR certifications are highly desirable.
