Job Description
Role Description
This is a hybrid full-time Human Resources Manager role for Framework Private Limited in Lahore, with flexibility for some remote work. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the human resources department, developing and managing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. The Human Resources Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions and will work closely with the executive team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software, such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
- 6 Months of experience in Human Resources management or a related field
