Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Management
- Candidate experience & Onboarding
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Identify and measure organizational KPIs and OKRs
- Oversee and manage the Performance Appraisal system
- Proactively engages with managers in fostering good performance management
- Monitors, analyzes, and reports on performance management cases
- Assess training needs and implement training programs
- Benefits Administration, Payroll, Compensation, HR documentation
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
* Minimum 5 years of HR management experience
* In-depth understanding of payroll processes and regulations
* Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
* Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
* HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
* Familiarity with HRIS software
Onsite Job: Bahria Town, Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 60,00.00 – Rs 80,00.00 per month
