Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Lahore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for daily HR activities such as recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The candidate will work closely with the management team to help drive business objectives and cultural initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR management, specifically in recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and guidelines, as well as employment laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight timelines
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the software industry is a plus
