Role Description: This full-time on-site position in Rawalpindi requires managing HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. Develop HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and offer strategic HR support.
Qualifications:
- HR management experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Capable of handling confidential information independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
- 1.5 years minimum call center experience required
