About the role:
Key responsibilities:
- Organisational Design
- Suggesting updates and modifying organizational structures in alignment with business needs
- Developing role cards in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- People Excellence
- Developing and executing training programs for improved performance and customer service levels across all stores
- Developing engagement activities in accordance with organizational culture
- Planning and implementing yearly performance cycle
Qualification: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in People Function.
