Job Description
Max&Shawn, a US-based software house, is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead recruitment and employee management at our Karachi office. This key position will involve scaling our teams, overseeing crucial HR operations, and promoting employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process.
- Manage payroll and employee compliance.
- Implement HR strategies to align with business goals.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of HR management experience, preferably in IT.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
Location: Block A, North Nazimabad | Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM | Salary: Rs70,00 – Rs120,00/month.
